DIVISION OVERVIEW: The Corrections Transition Programs (CTP) is a statewide network of clinical reentry management services with the overall purpose of increasing opportunities for successful reentry outcomes. CTP provides specialized case management services to help people prepare to return to their families and communities after incarceration. CTP works both inside prisons and in communities to provide reentry support, including, but not limited to, behavioral health referrals, public benefits enrollment, finding employment and housing resources and obtaining state IDs and vital records.
Housing Administrator – Corrections Transition Programs (CTP)
Location: Illinois
Salary: $57,000–$65,000 (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | Hybrid Work Option Available
Position Overview: TASC is seeking a motivated and experienced Housing Program Administrator to provide overall leadership for the Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) program. This role includes maintaining oversight of daily program operations, staff development, budget management, and partnerships with landlords and community stakeholders. The Housing Program Administrator ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care and supports the development of policies and strategic goals in coordination with the Director of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, criminal justice, or related field is preferred. Based on contractual obligations to include licensure - LSW, LPC, LCSW, LCP.
Experience: 3–5 years of program management and leadership experience, ideally within human services or corrections reentry.
Skills: Strong communication, data management, and leadership skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
Certification: CADC preferred, or willingness to obtain within two years.
